" Accidents may happen due to bad lighting or low visibility. Maybe there should pass a law that we should wear brightly lighted stripped clothes at night when walking the streets. OR wear something like a tag that is bright and visible to any cars."
There should be more awareness of the problem of low visibility during night time when pedestrians wear all dark clothing(shirts and pants) especially in dim areas of poor lighting, as well as during rainy or foggy situations.
