All under one roof, days of the Tribe - Most Efficient Work Structure

If one gets the choice of redesigning an entire city, town or village for efficiency and results, what critical choices would one make creatively and logistically to maximize work productivity?
The same important question could be asked upon designers of  developing countries in Africa, Latin America as they were just beginning to develop their infrastructures.

Surely, in the world where one sleeps 8 hrs, work 8 hrs, with 1-2 hrs of commute time, and 6 hrs left of Quality time, ease of collaboration & team work and minimization/elimination of useless functions such as daily commute will be doubtlessly beneficial.
Just eliminating that 1-2 hrs of commute time would increase your quality time from 16% to a whopping 33% increase  - enough to make a difference in achieving or not achieving your life goals.

 In the current era of WeWork, Welive and many other variants and hybrids of Sharing, Working Together, certain breakthroughs will soon evolve out of this industry.

So Viola!
Wont it be nice if somehow all daily commute time is eliminated as we work and live under the same roof (much like WeWork and Welive combined into one) and network/work/play with people under  similar passions or industry, every single day?
Surely, this could be easily and intelligently structured,  to the point where mentoring/education/solution structuring and brainstorming/startup incubation/networking/microlending & fundraising would all come under one roof.

And apply this concept in every city in the world.


A building structured on Coworking/Coliving based on industry/passion/cause(non profit).

This is the best structure in light of mentoring and spreading the effect of mentoring,  so to achieve the social goal of
 
Everyone being able to not just
"help themselves"
but also super enough to
"help others help themselves" 
which is the geometric Community solution of "passing it forward" towards solving everything.

One could however argue the necessity of such a structure as we are moving toward a communication channel/culture that is totally online. However, nothing beats the Fun of working physically together  and meeting, networking, playing with people with similar Passions. Furthermore, team building does require that face to face chemistry that will be difficult to grasp online.

Wont it be nirvana if this structure could be applied Everywhere, in every city in the world?
