 The average life span of any small business is 8.4 years.

 Tons of great ideas fail.  In fact nearly all good ideas fail.

 And not because the idea itself is bad. But mostly due to bad execution.

 There is no shortage of talents, smart people, and specialized experts in every respective field or industry.

 But good execution of every great idea requires great team work - for no matter how smart or able one person is, he/she
cant do it alone.

 Most great ideas fail and most companies fail, all due to bad teamwork.

 Imagine all that human resource, effort and money go to waste every year, within the for profit and non profit world.
So much more, in every possible imaginable way, can be achieved if only so.......

 Yes, if only so....

 And great team work requires knowing how to assemble the Perfect Team- the Perfect chemistry, wired like a web within
 each trait of its team members.

 It is said that a single person has myriads, layers of personality traits, likes and dislikes.
To assemble a team of say 10 workers to work perfectly, without any human resource effort or tinkling, will be
somewhere less than  one in a million chance for Perfection or Success.

 Yes if only so.....

 But what if this Perfect Team could be assemble at the click of a keyboard button?
No it is not Star Trek.
But wont all the world problems be solved instantly and beyond?
Yes, and beyond beyond......?
